Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental, physical, and psychiatric disabilities in residential settings. You will provide daily living skills support, documentation, and community transportation while ensuring safety and compliance with MAP and agency policies.

Responsibilities include medication administration where applicable, training in daily living activities, and collaboration with guardians and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 5+ years of verified experience required.
• Preferred 1 year of experience with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training in activities of daily living.
• Maintain daily progress notes and shift documentation.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations where applicable.
• Transport and accompany clients to activities and appointments.
• Attend program staff meetings and trainings.
