Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or 5+ years verified experience).
• Experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
• Valid US driver's license with minimum 1 year driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and training in activities of daily living.
• Foster independence by creating opportunities for decision-making.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations and Bridgewell policies.
• Maintain progress notes and required documentation.
