Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist people with developmental and psychiatric disabilities in residential settings and in the community. The role includes daily living support, skills training, and data/documentation in line with agency policies.

Training in MAP, FA/CPR, PABC is required or supported, with shift duties across days/evenings. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment and opportunities for growth within Bridgewell’s multiple programs on the North

Qualifications

• Requires excellent written and verbal communication and clear documentation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based agency apps; valid US driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and skills training in activities of daily living during day/evening/overnight shifts.
• Assist with decision-making to foster independence and growth.
• Follow regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies in all services and documentation.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations and maintain required training certifications.
