Bridgewell seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist residents with daily living activities, skills training, and community integration. The role requires supporting people with developmental, physical, and psychiatric disabilities in a residential setting, under supervision and with specialized training.

Willingness to handle overnight shifts, maintain documentation, and follow MAP/other certifications is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in the same role preferred.
• Experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
• Ability to drive and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist people with skills training in activities of daily living.
• Create opportunities for daily living independence.
