Job summary

InReach is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide companionship, care, and support in the Charlotte area, 28273. This Independent Contractor role covers 20 hours per week, with a schedule Monday–Friday 12:30 PM–4:30 PM.

You’ll assist with home living, help the individual build social roles, support community integration, monitor medications, and transport to programs and activities. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and pass a drug

We Need:

InReach needs a DSP (Independent Contractor) for a female Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area, 28273. Staff will provide Community Living and Support Services for 20 hours a week.

Schedule:

M-F: 12:30p-4:30p

Pay Rate:

$20.35/hr.

All InReach applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.

*** This DSP position is an Independent Contractor position. Independent Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party Contract Management vendor for their direct deposits. Additional fees required for Contractors include paying for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
