Job summary

InReach in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist a female individual with developmental disabilities with daily living, social integration, and transportation.

This independent contractor role offers 12 hours per week, with shift timing on 2 weekdays from 9a-3p. The DSP will provide day support and community networking services as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• 1–2 years experience with I/DD population preferred.

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) willing to make a difference in someone's life by providing companionship, care, and support.

We Need:

InReach needs a DSP (Independent Contractor) for a female Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area, 28215. Staff will provide Day Support and Community Networking Services for 12 hours a week.

Schedule:

2 Weekdays: 9a-3p

Pay Rate:

CN: $22.27/hr

DS: $22.52/hr

What You'll Do:

All InReach applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.

*** This DSP position is an Independent Contractor position. Independent Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party Contract Management vendor for their direct deposits. Additional fees required for Contractors include paying for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
