Job summary

InReach is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Charlotte, NC area (28203) to provide companionship, care, and support as an Independent Contractor, 22 hours per week. Schedule is 2 days between Monday and Thursday, 9am–6pm, at $20.35 per hour.

Responsibilities include home living assistance, social role development, and community integration. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and passing a drug screen and background check.

We Need

InReach needs a DSP (Independent Contractor) for a female Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area, 28203. Staff will provide Community Living and Support Services for 22 hours a week.

Schedule

2 days between Monday-Thursday: 9a-6p

Pay Rate

$20.35/hr

All InReach applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.

*** This DSP position is an Independent Contractor position. Independent Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party Contract Management vendor for their direct deposits. Additional fees required for Contractors include paying for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
