InReach is seeking a Direct Support Professional to support a male individual with developmental disabilities in Charlotte, NC. The role involves in-home living assistance, community integration, and transport to day programs and work sites.

This Independent Contractor position offers 24 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include medication monitoring, helping the individual engage in valued social roles, and ensuring safe, supportive daily living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• One to two years experience with I/DD population preferred.

We Need:

InReach needs a DSP (Independent Contractor) for a male Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area, 28227. Staff will provide Community Living and Support and Day Support Services for 24 hours a week.

Schedule:

M, W, F: Flexible

Pay Rate:

• DS: $22.52/hr
• CLS: $20.35/hr

Requirements:

All InReach applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.

Independent Contractor Information:

This DSP position is an Independent Contractor position. Independent Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party Contract Management vendor for their direct deposits. Additional fees required for Contractors include paying for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
