Job summary

InReach is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support a male individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area (28215). The role is an Independent Contractor position for 15 hours per week, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

You will provide community living support, respite services, and in-home assistance, including medication monitoring, transport to programs, and facilitating community integration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

We Need:

InReach needs a DSP (Independent Contractor) for a male Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area, 28215. Staff will provide Community Living and Support and Respite Services for 15 hours a week.

Schedule:

M-F: 4p-7p

Pay Rate:

• CLS: $20.35/hr.
• Respite: $17/hr.

All InReach applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver\'s license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.

*** This DSP position is an Independent Contractor position. Independent Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party Contract Management vendor for their direct deposits. Additional fees required for Contractors include paying for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
