Job summary

InReach seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) as Independent Contractors to support a female individual with developmental disabilities in West Charlotte, 28214. The role provides day support services for 16 hours weekly with scheduled Tue and Thu 8:30am–4:30pm, at a pay rate of $22.52 per hour.

We Need:

InReach needs a DSP (Independent Contractor) for a female Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the West Charlotte area, 28214. Staff will provide Day Support Services for 16 hours a week.

Schedule:

Tuesday and Thursday: 8:30a-4:30p

Pay Rate: $22.52/hr.

All InReach applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.

*** This DSP position is an Independent Contractor position. Independent Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party Contract Management vendor for their direct deposits. Additional fees required for Contractors include paying for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
