Job summary

InReach seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Charlotte area, 28270, to provide companionship, care, and support for a male individual with developmental disabilities. The role is an Independent Contractor position offering 35–40 hours per week and a schedule from Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts.

Pay rates: Respite $16.07/hr, CLS $20.35/hr. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and pass a drug screen and background check.

We Need:

InReach needs a DSP (Independent Contractor) for a male Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area, 28270. Staff will provide Respite and Community Living and Support Services for 35-40 hours a week.

Monday-Friday: 8 hrs/flexible

*** This DSP position is an Independent Contractor position. Independent Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party Contract Management vendor for their direct deposits. Additional fees required for Contractors include paying for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
