Qualifications

• Sales experience in field or B2B setting with relationship-building and follow-through.
• Leadership mindset with ability to mentor and develop others.
• Clear communication skills for one-on-one and group settings.
• Organized and reliable with consistent follow-through.
• Service-driven approach prioritizing people and outcomes.
• Licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (company support).

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present benefits and set appointments.
• Train and mentor new agents in the field and role-play scenarios.
• Build and sustain a positive, winning team culture through regular check-ins.
• Set personal and team goals, track key sales activities by territory.
• Support client relationships through claims, renewals, and benefit questions.
