The role blends autonomous field work with formal leadership duties, helping new representatives gain confidence and achieve consistent results under your guidance.

Qualifications

• Sales background in field or B2B settings with strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Leadership mindset with ability to mentor and develop others.
• Clear and effective communicator, both one-on-one and to groups.
• Organized, reliable, and capable of keeping commitments to clients and team.
• Service-driven approach with a people-first attitude.
• Licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life general lines license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in prospecting, presenting, and closing with integrity.
• Train and mentor new agents in the field, supporting their first policies and presentations.
• Host regular check-ins and foster a positive, winning team culture.
• Set monthly personal and team goals and track key sales activities by territory.
• Support client relationships through claims, renewals, and benefit inquiries.
