True North Group is seeking a Direct Sales Leader to guide a territory-based sales team, coach new representatives, and drive benefit presentations with business owners. You’ll lead by example in prospecting, presenting, and closing while building a high-performing culture.

The role blends field work with leadership duties, including training, mentoring, and accountable results. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with licensing support available.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in field or B2B settings with relationship-building and follow-through.
• Leadership mindset with ability to mentor and grow others.
• Strong communication skills for one-on-one and group settings.
• Organized, reliable, and able to track activity and commitments.
• Service-driven approach focused on people and client outcomes.
• Licensed or willing to earn Health & Life general lines license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present benefits and set appointments.
• Shadow and mentor new agents, role-play scenarios, and coach early-career reps.
• Host regular check-ins, track progress, and foster a positive team culture.
• Set personal and team goals monthly with management and report on key activities.
