Qualifications

• BS degree preferred, or 4+ years in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Experience in B2B field sales and relationship building.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present benefits and close opportunities.
• Shadow and train new agents; role-play sales scenarios and mentor through early deals.
• Host regular check-ins, track progress, and foster a positive team culture.
• Set monthly personal and team goals and monitor key sales activities in the territory.
• Support client relationships during claims, renewals, and benefits questions.
