Job summary

True North Group LLC seeks a Direct Sales Leader to guide territory-based sales, coach new agents, and model prospecting, presentations, and closing with integrity.

This field-based leadership role blends independent work with team development; you will mentor reps through their first policies, set expectations, and drive growth while maintaining a people-first, service-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years in customer-facing or sales.
• Experience in field or B2B sales and relationship-building.
• Familiar with Salesforce and digital tools.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present benefits.
• Train and mentor new agents in the field.
• Develop team, track progress, foster a positive culture.
• Set monthly personal and team goals; report results.
• Support client relationships through claims, renewals, and questions.
