True North Group LLC is seeking a Direct Sales Leader to drive territory-based sales while mentoring a team of agents. You will lead by example, teaching prospecting, presenting, and closing with integrity across a field-based role.

You will guide new representatives through their first policies, help them build confidence, and foster a winning culture. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 4+ years in customer-facing or sales roles.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in field or B2B settings with strong relationship-building.
• Leadership mindset with ability to mentor and coach teams.
• Clear communicator who explains complex ideas simply.
• Organized and reliable with strong follow-through.
• Service-driven, people-first approach.
• Licensed or willing to earn Health & Life general lines license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead a territory-based sales team and coach new agents.
• Prospect, present, and close benefit solutions for clients.
• Provide ongoing training through shadowing and role-plays.
• Set monthly and team goals, track activities and results.
• Support client relationships through renewals and claims guidance.
