Qualifications

• Licensed or license-ready in Health & Life lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team across a defined territory.
• Prospect, present, and close benefit plans for business clients.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to new representatives.
• Track performance, set monthly goals, and report results to leadership.
• Navigate client relationships through claims, renewals, and benefit questions.
