Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join a growing team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and control over your time and earnings.

You will educate merchants, close deals, and receive activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals while working with full support and training. Role is fully remote in the United States, with eligibility to work in the US required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on savings and streamlined transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
