Job summary

Xplor is seeking an Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers freedom to manage your time and earn residual income as you build a portfolio.

You will visit local businesses or engage in remote outreach to close deals, earn activation bonuses, and receive monthly commissions and long-term residuals. Training, health benefits, 401K, and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
