Job summary

Xplor is seeking an Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

You’ll engage local businesses and educate them on cost savings and streamlined payments, with full training and support provided. You can work fully remote in the United States, with a flexible schedule and opportunities to earn over six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
