Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks an Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role offering freedom, flexibility, and residual income through active accounts.

You will visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions. Remote work is allowed with training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts to business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
