Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role focuses on selling payment processing solutions to local businesses, with activation bonuses and long-term residuals.

You’ll work independently with training and support, earning uncapped commissions, with flexibility and a path to high earnings in a remote role across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
