Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks an Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales. This 100% commission-based role focuses on selling payment processing solutions to local businesses, with activation bonuses, monthly commissions and long-term residuals.

Remote-friendly with field territory in the United States; strong prospecting and hunter mentality required. Commission-only residual model includes benefits and training support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
