Job summary

D.R. Horton is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. You will manage incoming web leads, ensure a positive online experience via chat, email, or phone, and schedule appointments with onsite sales reps.

You will also maintain the CRM, qualify leads, and produce monthly performance analyses. The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Ability to apply instructions from written or oral form or DRH applications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Able to sit through a majority of the workday and maintain moderate noise tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from the company website and outsourced sources.
• Provide a positive online experience via live chat, email, or phone.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite sales reps.
• Enter and update information in the customer management system.
• Qualify leads to identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports.
• Analyze divisional website traffic and sources for optimization.
• Stay informed on communities, products, plans, and amenities.
• Proactively generate new opportunities by following up on leads.
• Coordinate mailings and distribution of materials to prospects.
• Maintain professional conduct to support goodwill and profitability.
• Overtime flexibility and possible minimal overnight travel for training.
