Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales.

You will manage website and outsourced leads, ensure a positive customer experience across online channels, and convert leads into appointments with onsite Sales Representatives. Responsibilities include updating the CRM, qualifying leads, and producing regular sales/marketing reports. You may need overtime and occasional overnight travel for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies.
• Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers online, via chat or phone.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in a customer management database.
• Qualify leads to identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis).
• Generate monthly analysis of divisional website traffic and sources.
• Maintain knowledge of communities, products, plans and amenities.
• Generate new opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads via phone, email, and mail.
• Coordinate mass mailings and distribution of materials to prospective clients.
• Conduct business professionally to increase goodwill and company profit.
• Overtime may be required; minimal overnight travel for training.
