Job summary

D.R. Horton is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. This on-site role requires handling inquiries via web, chat, and phone and scheduling appointments with our Sales Representatives.

Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal and written communication, teamwork, and strong organizational skills. The job includes regular reporting, database updates, and staying informed about community offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and/or 1–3 years of related experience and/or training
• Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Provide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Ability to sit for the majority of an 8-hour workday; vision requirements apply

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
• Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers online, via chat, or by phone
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
• Enter and update information in a customer management database
• Qualify leads to identify genuine sales opportunities
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency)
• Analyze divisional website traffic and sources monthly
• Maintain knowledge of communities, products, plans and amenities
• Generate new opportunities by prospecting existing leads through phone, email, and mail
• Coordinate mailing lists and materials to prospective clients
• Uphold professional and ethical standards to enhance goodwill and company profit
• Overtime may be required
• Occasional overnight travel for training purposes
