Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. The role requires managing website leads, live chat, and phone inquiries with a focus on a positive customer experience.

You will update CRM data, qualify leads, and support monthly sales/marketing reporting while staying current on communities and product offerings. Local travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience or training.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced sources.
• Provide a positive experience to customers online, via live chat, or by phone.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite sales representatives.
• Update information in the customer management database accurately.
• Qualify leads to identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency).
• Analyze divisional website traffic, hits, and sources monthly.
• Maintain knowledge of communities, products, and amenities.
• Generate new opportunities by prospecting and following up with leads via telephone, email, and mail.
