Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Reply to incoming internet leads and convert to appointments.
• Maintain CRM data and generate monthly reports.
• Qualify leads and develop opportunities via phone, email, and mail.
• Coordinate mass mailings and track website traffic.
• Provide professional, ethical service and work overtime when needed.
• Occasional overnight travel for training.
