D.R. Horton is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. You will manage inbound leads, nurture prospects online, via live chat or phone, and coordinate with onsite Sales Representatives to set appointments.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and data entry into the CRM, plus the ability to produce weekly sales reports and maintain up-to-date knowledge of communities and product features.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from the company website and outsourced sources.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in a customer management database.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis).
