Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to turn internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. You will manage inquiries from our site and partners, nurture prospects, and schedule appointments with on-site Sales Reps.

The role requires strong communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work with MS Office. Overtime and occasional travel may be requested as part of training and coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of related experience and/or training
• Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Ability to sit for the majority of an 8-hour workday; vision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
• Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers online, via live chat or phone
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
• Enter and update information in a customer management database
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
• Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
• Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and mailing of materials to prospective clients
• Conduct business professionally to serve customers and increase goodwill
• Ability to work overtime
• Minimal overnight travel may be required for training purposes
