This role focuses on service over sales, hosts local events, and supports customers with compliant issue resolution in a flexible, inclusive team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• 2+ years banking experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or customer-facing experience encouraged.
• Proficiency in Google G-Suite applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in a high-energy community space, guiding them as a banking guide.
• Share Capital One products through conversation rather than hard selling.
• Assist guests with mobile tools and digital banking navigation.
• Host local events promoting financial health within partnerships.
• Advocate for customers and resolve issues with compliance in mind.
