Job summary

Capital One in Las Vegas is seeking a Café Ambassador who acts as the face of the brand in a dynamic community hub. You’ll bridge digital banking tools with human connection while moving throughout the Café, not behind a window.

You’ll guide guests through our digital ecosystem and showcase the value of Capital One’s products in a guest-centered environment. You’ll join a mission-driven team focused on financial health, inclusion, and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of banking experience.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a high-energy environment as a banking guide.
• Share the value of Capital One’s products through genuine conversation.
• Guide customers through our digital ecosystem and mobile tools.
• Host and support local events to promote financial health.
• Advocate for customers and de-escalate as needed within compliance.
• Be a culture carrier, flexible, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
