Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years banking experience beneficial.
• 2+ years retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proficient in G-Suite and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in a high-energy community space.
• Advocate for Capital One products through conversation, not sales quotas.
• Guide customers through digital banking tools and troubleshooting.
• Host and support local events promoting financial health.
• Address and resolve customer issues in line with compliance.
