Job summary

JDM Technical Inc in Atlanta seeks a Part-Time to Full-Time Desktop Support Specialist with 2–5 years of experience in Mac and Windows environments. You will provide hands-on desk-side support for Macs, Windows PCs, mobile devices, and printers for multiple clients in the downtown area.

You must have excellent people skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work both in person and remotely. Travel across the Atlanta Metro Area is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop support experience.
• Experience on Mac PCs and laptops.
• Knowledge of Mac OS and Windows 11.
• Troubleshooting iOS and Apple devices.
• Experience with Outlook, Office 365, VPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk side support for Mac and Windows.
• Offer both in-person and remote support.
• Imaging, reformatting and installing new applications.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Travel to multiple clients in the Atlanta Metro Area.
