Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our Atlanta, Georgia team. This on-site role requires local candidates and focuses on deskside support, resolving a variety of computer-related issues and transferring knowledge to end users.

You will perform moves, installs, and MAC-related tasks, provide Level II support, document improvements to processes, and work with IT teams to restore services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end user/desktop support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• VIP/White Glove support experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between client offices if needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment; identify, research, and resolve issues.
• Provide deskside support and knowledge transfer to end users.
• Perform moves, installs, and cancellations; MAC-related tasks as needed.
• Deliver Level II support and escalate when required to other IT staff.
• Use ServiceNow for ticketing; ensure tickets meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with asset management, network services, and other IT teams to restore service.
• Assist in developing and documenting improvements to processes; create SOPs and KAs.
