Job summary

Synergis in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to provide in-person and remote assistance for end users in a corporate environment.

You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications, document issues in ServiceNow, and support endpoint management with Intune and MECM/SCCM while upholding security and data-protection standards. This role is onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of in-person Desktop Support in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting end-user desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and business apps.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line, in-person and remote support for end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, mobile, and network issues.
• Document and resolve issues via ServiceNow in line with ITIL standards.
• Assist with device provisioning, imaging, and deployment.
• Support endpoint management using Intune and MECM/SCCM.
• Support security tasks including BitLocker, Defender, and patching.
• Assist with Entra ID, Active Directory, and MFA tasks.
• Participate in DSS projects, Windows upgrades, and device refreshes.
• Adhere to asset tracking, inventory handling, and data protection policies.
