Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking five Windows Desktop Technical Support consultants for a long-term on-site contract in the Sandy Springs area. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and instructional technology incidents across multiple schools and facilities.

Responsibilities include managing service requests within SLAs, communicating incident status, and setting up devices and printers on-site. A+ certification is required, with travel to metro Atlanta locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end user support in an enterprise environment.
