Job summary
Stefanini is seeking a Deskside Technician I in Auburn Hills, MI to provide onsite hardware/software support, diagnose and repair end-user systems, and ensure network connectivity. The role requires 3+ years of desk-side experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, plus VPN, printer, and endpoint protection skills.

Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate desk side support with Windows 10/11.
- Troubleshooting and hardware replacement on PCs.
- Experience using Active Directory.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues.
- Quality customer service skills.
- VPN experience.
- Printer support experience.
- Experience with Endpoint Protection, BitLocker, SCCM and RDP.
Responsibilities
- Provide hardware/software support to onsite client including break/fix.
- Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions.
- Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and repair.
- Troubleshoot network devices to ensure PC connectivity to the network.
- Implement virus detection and eradication procedures.
