Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. is seeking a Deskside Technician I in Los Angeles to provide on-site hardware support for Windows and Mac environments. You will troubleshoot issues, perform break/fix work, manage assets, and coordinate with OEMs for warranty repairs.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in corporate desk-side support.
• Experience supporting Windows and MacOS environments.
• Active Directory familiarity.
• Imaging and deploying IT equipment.
• Managing equipment inventory and lifecycle.
• Coordinating third-party on-site vendors for lifecycle tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware on end-user devices.
• Perform urgent break/fix replacements according to KB and instructions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance.
• Manage ServiceNow queue and follow up on tickets.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 staff.
• Maintain site hardware asset inventory and loaner pool.
• Assist OEMs for warranty repairs and onsite coordination.
