Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. in Ontario, CA seeks a Deskside Technician II to provide deskside IT support across a large corporate environment. You will handle Windows 7/10 issues, networked devices, printers and mobile devices, and IMAC activities.

This full-time contract position requires the ability to work on-call and at other client locations as needed, with opportunities to learn via Stefanini University and participate in comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Desktop support for Windows devices and peripherals.
• Experience with printer/scanner installation and support.
• Ability to work in Distribution Center environments.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work indoors/outdoors.
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure.
• Ability to use KB articles and communicate with technical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and device support for Windows PCs and peripherals.
• IMAC: Install/Move/Add/Change IT equipment.
• Track and resolve incidents using the client's ticketing tool.
• Maintain system configurations and documentation.
• Be available for on-call and after-hours support, possibly executive support.
