Job summary

You will handle troubleshooting, break/fix repairs, preventative maintenance, and hardware lifecycle tasks, with strong emphasis on hands-on service delivery.

The candidate will work within ServiceNow, manage tickets, coordinate with OEMs, and support local and regional sites as needed. A collaborative, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate desk-side support focusing on Windows and MacOS.
• Experience deploying IT equipment and imaging/staging PCs.
• Experience with Active Directory and asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware in end-user devices.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and queue.
• Escort OEM technicians onsite when needed.
• Maintain hardware asset inventory and lifecycle.
• Support onsite lifecycle management with third-party vendors.
