Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of MAC OS and Windows 11
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 11, MAC OS, Microsoft 365 applications, web browsers, and VPN/network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support for staff in Nashville, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices and conference room technologies.
• Install, configure and image laptops; maintain hardware and software assets and inventory.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software and network issues; support Zoom Rooms and hybrid meetings.
• Coordinate with local, regional and global IT teams; document procedures and create knowledge articles.
