Job summary

Corient is seeking a deskside IT support professional to deliver high-quality end-user services in a fast-paced environment in San Diego, CA. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PC hardware/software, document incidents, and collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues.

The role requires a 3–4 year track record in deskside support, strong customer service, and proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office apps. Onsite work 4 days/week; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of deskside support with end-user services focus.
• Proficient with Windows 11 and common Microsoft Office apps.
• Experience with ticketing and incident management platforms.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, service-focused support in person, by phone, chat, or email to onsite and remote end users.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly and accurately; provide end-user assistance as needed.
• Resolve complex issues and collaborate with other teams to identify root causes and solutions.
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware to ensure optimal workstation performance.
• Document incidents, problems, requests, and tasks in ITSM system.
• Escalate critical incidents as necessary.
• Handle day-to-day inventory, shipping, and receiving IT hardware.
