Job summary

Airswift is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver deskside and remote IT support across multiple office locations. The role focuses on end-user technology services, asset management, and ensuring reliable MacOS/Windows operations. Travel between Stamford, CT or Brooklyn, NY offices will be required.

The position supports Office 365, AV conferencing systems, printers, and mobile devices, maintaining a high standard of customer service and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.
• Experience providing deskside and remote support across multiple office locations.
• Experience with ticketing systems and meeting service level requirements.
• Experience supporting IT-related projects, including office expansions and technology rollouts.
• Ability to travel between office locations for on-site technical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote IT support across multiple office locations.
• Assist with end-user technology services and incident management.
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
