Job summary

Chelsea Piers in New York City is seeking a customer-focused Technology Support Associate to join our Information Technology team. This role provides Level 1 desktop and enterprise software support across our NYC locations, ensuring employees stay productive.

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will troubleshoot Windows and basic macOS, manage user accounts, assist with onboarding, and support AV and conference room tech. Occasional after-hours on-call rotates.

Qualifications

2–3 years of Help Desk or IT Support experience.
Experience supporting Windows and basic macOS environments.
Familiar with Microsoft 365, AD, EntraID, Intune, Teams, and Autopilot.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
Experience supporting SaaS applications and enterprise software.
Understanding of ITIL service practices.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and software issues for end users.
Assist with onboarding, workstation setups, and hardware refreshes.
Support onsite and remote users across NYC locations and CT.
Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system; escalate when needed.
