Job summary

Corporate IT Services is seeking a Client Services Associate for End User Support in New York. You will deliver high-touch, desk-side and walk-up support for Windows and macOS devices, troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, and connectivity, and provide Microsoft 365 assistance.

You will operate an onsite Tech Bar, perform quick fixes, document actions in ServiceNow, and help reduce repeated incidents.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in desktop support or similar technical role.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices in a professional environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, OS, apps, connectivity and peripherals.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
• Ability to provide face-to-face desk-side and walk-up support onsite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch end user support for Windows and macOS laptops and devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, apps, connectivity, authentication, printing and peripherals.
• Provide Microsoft 365 support and own incidents through resolution.
• Staff onsite Tech Bar for quick repairs, config, diagnostics, and knowledge sharing.
• Document work in ServiceNow and contribute to knowledge articles.
