Job summary

Corient in California seeks a deskside support specialist to deliver high-quality end-user IT support onsite and remotely. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain laptops, printers and mobile devices, document incidents in our ITSM system, and collaborate with other teams to identify root causes.

Travel up to 10% may be required. Requires 3–4 years of deskside experience, Associate degree, and proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–4 years of deskside end-user support experience.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Experience with laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Proficient in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office apps.
• Experience with ticketing/incident management platforms.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote end-user support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents quickly.
• Install and maintain laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Document incidents in Corient ITSM system.
• Escalate critical incidents when needed.
• Travel to onsite 5 days a week as required.
• Work collaboratively with IT teams.
