Job summary

PDS Health is pursuing an Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) to develop leaders capable of independently running a dental office after completing the OM Development Program in Atlanta. You will engage in structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and development meetings while traveling between offices to gain hands-on experience.

Upon completion, you will manage Front and Back Office teams, drive revenue and efficiency, and ensure adherence to policies and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; license verified by motor vehicle record check at hire.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices daily with reliable transportation.
• Alternative transportation acceptable if timely travel to multiple offices is possible.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and promote PDS values daily.
• Hire, train, supervise and coach staff to ensure fit and performance.
• Investigate and resolve staff and patient issues with timely, creative solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with the Owner Dentist.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Ensure cash management and accounting protocols.
• Develop leadership and team development to deliver the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Communicate with supervisors to maintain trust-based relationships.
• Develop office plans for coverage during manager absences.
