Job summary

PDS Health seeks an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and independently run a financially viable dental office under the OM Development Program. You will be supported by a supervisor while gaining hands-on experience across front and back-office operations.

During 4–6 months of training, you will travel to multiple offices, lead teams, coach staff, and implement the PDS Operational Model to optimize performance and patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Driver’s license and automobile insurance; must be able to travel to multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and operational best practices.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach staff for right-fit teams.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, logical solutions.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budgets.
